Summary
When Osama Bin Laden announces that he will strike again on September 11, 2010, disgraced CIA agent Brooke Chandler thinks he knows how to stop the looming attack. Meanwhile, Al Qaeda operative Amer Al Zaroor has stolen a nuclear weapon in Pakistan and, on Bin Laden's orders, is preparing to launch a devastating attack on Israel.
